Infyni’s Slokas & Mantras Course is a unique program designed to help learners connect with ancient wisdom while improving focus, memory, and mindfulness. This course blends traditional chanting practices with yoga, breathwork, and meditation, creating a complete mind-body-soul experience.
Students begin with Om chanting and common slokas, gradually learning powerful verses like the Hanuman Chalisa. Alongside chanting, the course introduces yogic warmups, simple asanas, and pranayama techniques to regulate breath and improve energy balance.
Guided meditation and yoganidra (deep relaxation) sessions are included to help learners calm the mind, reduce stress, and develop inner peace. Each practice is taught in a simple, structured way, making it suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior experience.
By the end of the program, participants will develop the habit of chanting slokas with proper pronunciation, gain spiritual awareness, and experience the benefits of yoga and meditation in daily life.
